• Advance Payment: All video consultation sessions are booked only after full advance payment.

• Rescheduling: If a client misses a scheduled session, we offer one opportunity to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

• Refunds:

  • If a client decides not to use the session after making the advance payment, they are eligible for a refund.

  • In such cases, 10% of the received amount will be deducted as administrative charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the client’s shared bank account.

  • No refund will be processed after the session has been used, irrespective of the outcome or personal satisfaction.
